Is There a Minimum Stay?

As a VIP, you get exclusive early access to deeply reduced rates: → VIP Weekday Rate: $349/night (2-night minimum) → VIP Weekend Rate: $422/night (3-night minimum) Non VIP starting nightly rates are $776 on weekdays and $938 on weekends, with a 2-night minimum for weekdays and a 3-night minimum for weekends..

Are there any additional fees?

We do have a one time per reservation cleaning fee of $195 and a transient tax of 8%, this is added to your reservation and collected at time of booking. For those with pets- We do charge a one time pet fee for $275 (max 2 dogs)- be sure to disclose if you are bringing a pet so we can accommodate you appropriately.

When Will Booking Begin?

Booking will begin this fall during our VIP pre-booking event, where VIP members will have exclusive access to reserve their nights at 55% off the nightly rate. In early 2026, you'll receive early access to the booking calendar before it opens to the public, allowing you to select your dates. Our official opening for VIPs is scheduled for early 2027
